There are many midi players available. Enter "Midi Player" in a search engine and more than 500,000 hits show up. I don't support or recommend any of them, but there are several that I use, Midiplay, vanBasco to name two. If you use Midiplay, read the instructions to see all of its features, like viewing the score. vanBasco doesn't list the track names, but it is easier to use. Whichever one you choose should let you control the tempo and isolate your part, either by muting the other parts or adjusting the volume on each individual part.
